Do I need a card to start?
No. The Starter plan is free for one fleet and one vehicle, with no billing details. Add a card only when you move to a paid plan.
How does FleetCentral handle daily cashing?
Drivers log each shift's cashing in the app, and wallets and expense tracking keep one running balance per vehicle instead of a disputed count.
Will it remind me about road tax and insurance?
Yes. Road tax, insurance and fitness certificate renewals are flagged before they lapse.
Can I run taxis, hire cars and trucks from one account?
Yes, on the Unlimited plan, which runs unlimited fleets side by side. Starter and Growth cover one fleet each.
What happens when I add more vehicles than my plan allows?
Upgrade in one tap when you reach your limit. The Unlimited plan has no caps on fleets or vehicles.
