How it works at an event
Publish the event
Organisers publish the event and sell tickets online. Guests find their tickets in their account after checkout.
Add vendors and staff
Each vendor gets a workspace and invites its till staff by email.
Guests top up
Guests load their wallet from their phone with MTN MoMo, Airtel Money or a card.
Pay at any till
Guests show their Wallet QR or tap a wristband. Tills keep selling even when the network drops.
Settle and report

Questions
What happens if the network goes down during the event?
Tills keep taking payments. Offline sales show as Awaiting sync and are verified when the till reconnects.
How do guests add money to their wallet?
From their phone with MTN MoMo or Airtel Money, or by card. Their mobile-money provider may charge its own fees.
Can guests get unspent balance back after the event?
Yes. Any balance left after an event can be refunded according to the rules the organiser sets for that event.
Is Amplitix ready for ZRA Smart Invoice?

How do vendors get paid?
Settlements move from the vendor's Amplitix wallet straight to their mobile-money number.
